To inspire her drawings, paintings and glass objects, Lenny made and makes many long work trips to the Sahara, Mali, Algeria, Cambodia, India, Iran, Greece, France and Italy.
Co-initiator of various artists’ initiatives: Fort aan de Drecht, Uithoorn and Stichting LYR, Amsterdam. Lecturer GRA Amsterdam and guest lecturer HKU University of the Arts Utrecht and The Academy of Architecture Amsterdam. Adviser Dutch Arts Council, working group for market expansion, advisory committee Visual Arts Amstelveen
